Series Overview
This fall, RISExSHINE kicks off the first phase of its North American tour with a new kind of soccer combine that goes beyond the pitch. Led by Jay DeMerit and special guests, each event delivers a high-energy, 3-hour experience at a top Division 1 Universities or Performance training field. Players aged 13 to 18 will take part in a holistic development workshop combining on-field performance testing with leadership training and mindset coaching. Attendees will also get exclusive early access to the RISExSHINE platform ahead of its official launch.
Each event is limited to 120 participants.
Jay DeMerit
A former Premier League captain and U.S. Men’s National Team defender, best known for his rise from undrafted college player to scoring the goal that sent Watford FC to the Premier League. He captained Watford during their time in the EPL, represented the U.S. at the 2010 FIFA World Cup, and became the first-ever captain of Vancouver Whitecaps FC in Major League Soccer. Today, Jay is a motivational speaker, entrepreneur, and co-founder of RISExSHINE.
